Celsius is offering several options for creditors holding Class 2 Retail Borrower Deposit Claims.These creditors can now choose to join the Retail Advance Obligation Repayment Election, Refinancing Election, or Set Off Treatment.Any refinancing arrangements will be made with third-party lenders and more information will be provided after the effective date. Eligible Class 2 Retail Borrower Deposit Claims holders (with some exceptions) should have already received a notice about upcoming repayment or refinancing options via email.This notice has been submitted to case number 4206 on Stretto, and the deadline to submit this election form through Stretto is 11:59 PM Eastern Time on January 17, 2024.
